COSMEDIX Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more (after discounts and before taxes).

  • Standard Shipping: $3.48 flat rate for orders under $50 Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days (note: West Coast customers may experience slightly longer transit times).

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • 2nd Day: Rate calculated at checkout, estimated 2–3 business days.

    • Overnight/Next Day: Rate calculated at checkout, estimated 1–2 business days.

Orders placed by 10:00 a.m. EST ship the same business day (depending on product availability). Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. EST ship the next business day.

Please note: Expedited shipping is not available to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

International Shipping

We now ship to select international locations.

  • Available countries will appear in the checkout country selector.

  • If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship there at this time.

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means applicable taxes and duties are displayed and collected at checkout—no surprise fees upon delivery.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Important Notes

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: COSMEDIX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please select a secure delivery location.

  • Currency: Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience; however, all orders are processed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your bank or card provider may apply exchange rates and fees.
